Student Data Privacy: We do not store children’s names in a public-facing way. Any student data provided by the school for the purpose of identifying photographs is held securely, is not searchable by the public, and is deleted once the project is fulfilled.

We process payments via PayPal or via BACS. We do not store or process any Credit or Debit card information directly on this website. All such information and processing takes place upon the secure website of our payments gateway.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
- Hosting: User data is held on hostpapa.co.uk website/servers. The data they collect is stored primarily in Canada and is regulated by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
- Adequacy: Canada has been recognized by the EU/UK as providing adequate data protection (as per Article 45 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which allows personal information of residents to be transferred to Canada.
- Legal Framework: Data transfers are covered by "Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)" or the UK's "Adequacy Regulations."
- Encryption: HostPapa ensures all customer websites have free access to SSL certificates from “Let’s Encrypt.” Where possible, industry-standard SSL encryption is used when communicating your data.

Class Picks® acts as a 'Data Processor' for schools. We work strictly within the individual safeguarding and consent policies of each school we visit.
- Student Privacy: To protect the collective privacy of students, group and class photographs are available as physical prints only. No digital downloads are provided for images containing multiple identifiable children.
- Security: Images are stored on a password-protected, non-portable computer and a NAS drive which is password-protected with two-step verification (2FA).
- Access: Photographs made available for purchase are accessed only via password-protected online galleries.
- Anonymity: Images are not "tagged" by name or any other personal details in the system.
- Marketing: We do not use identifiable student images for marketing or social media without explicit, verifiable consent from the legal guardian.
7. Controlling Your Personal Information
- Right to Access: You can update your account information at any time by logging into the "My Account" area.
- Right to Deletion: Photographs and personal data can be deleted at any time upon request.
- Third-Party Links: Once you leave our site via links to social accounts or other websites, we do not have control over that other website and cannot be responsible for your protection on sites not governed by this statement.
