We provide a pre-prepared, UK GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for every school partnership, clearly defining our role as a Data Processor and our commitment to the secure handling of pupil and staff data.

We provide a comprehensive, no-cost portrait service that moves away from the impersonal, mass-production model, focusing instead on individual care to minimize the administrative burden for your staff while delivering superior results for your families.
My approach is built on a deep understanding of your school’s unique environment. Before we set up, I take the time to walk the site and identify (with you) the settings that will work best for your team sports and class photos. Whether it’s using the existing architecture to frame a shot, or choosing to composite a dynamic, high-impact background, such as a stadium setting, where it best serves the energy of the image, my goal is to create professional, creative photography that authentically reflects your school’s character.
- Services: Individual pupil portraits (using our portable studio), formal or informal class photos, and modern-style sports team photography.
- Safeguarding & Consent: We work closely with your staff to respect your consent database at all times.
- Seamless Ordering: Parents receive personalized codes to access private, secure, password-protected portals.
- High-Quality Results: We provide long-lasting, giclée mounted prints and offer high-resolution digital downloads for portraits, giving parents full flexibility. Our exceptional service includes taking multiple photos and compositing seamless head swaps to achieve the best possible configuration of smiling faces!
For direct-to-parent sales (such as class and sports group photos), we operate under an Independent Controller agreement, managing online gallery security, customer service, and payments directly while ensuring full data protection compliance.
